Ram Restaurant at Greene County High School will open for its 2018 season Tuesday, Feb. 13. Preparations have been underway for several weeks. Students in the culinary classes have been assigned their duties and are practicing their customer service skills.
This season is special as the Ram Restaurant will celebrate its 40th anniversary Feb. 22. Turkey in the Straw, the first meal served at the student-operated restaurant, will be on the menu that day.
Ram Restaurant will be open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 11:30 am to 1 pm. The cost of a meal is $7. Take out orders are welcome and valet service is available for eat-in diners.
